The view of the lake is closer than it looks in photos. The overall stay was great! I love all the windows! It’s cozy and relaxing. My sister got stuck in the driveway in minimal snow since it’s down a little hill. I had to pull her out, so I don’t recommend a vehicle that doesn’t have four wheel drive in the winter months. The downstairs bed is terribly hard, so the first sleep wasn’t great. I ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa after. I still gave the stay an excellent rating. It’s a nice location with beautiful lake views.
