Situated in a residential neighborhood, this cozy home offers comfort, convenience, and affordability, making it a perfect home base for exploring everything McCall has to offer. You’ll be just minutes from downtown McCall, Brundage Mountain, and the southbound route to Tamarack Resort, with Ridley’s grocery store less than a mile away for easy shopping.  
  
The home has an open floor plan with the kitchen at the center - a convenient space for gathering and meals. The fully-equipped kitchen has an island with seating for three and a dining table that seats six. A Smart TV with Roku and Wi-Fi are included for streaming and staying connected.  
  
Enjoy the grassy yard, quiet surroundings and small patio, plus a BBQ for outdoor cooking.
