This property is ideal for families and golf enthusiasts with easy access and within walking distance to downtown McCall, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park, Mile High Marina, and the McCall Golf Club. Enjoy the spacious family room, dining area, and kitchen featuring ample seating and 75" smart tv. The fenced yard has outdoor seating, a fire table, and BBQ, perfect for cookouts and relaxing evenings. This is a corner unit which offers additional privacy and includes a Bluetooth speaker, great for setting the mood with your favorite tunes. Each bedroom has a king size bed and the master bedroom offers a twin rollaway to accommodate groups of up to seven guests. The master is located on the main level and two guest rooms located upstairs. There are two full bathrooms on each level of the home, both with a tub/shower combo. There is also a half bath located downstairs for your convenience. Whether you are here for a family vacation or an outdoor getaway, this luxury retreat has what you need for an unforgettable stay. There is overflow parking in the complex (near the road on South entrance) available if absolutely necessary (not available in winter). This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the fenced yard was very convenient for our dog. The location is very convenient - walkable to town, beach and park.
