Breathe in the fresh mountain air from not one, but two private balconies – perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. One balcony is conveniently accessible from the spacious living room, while the other offers a tranquil escape right off the serene master suite. Parking is a breeze with the convenient 2-car garage. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. No Fireworks. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals: Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
