As noted by another reviewer, there is no A/C (only ceiling fans), so on our first day it was quite warm in the house until evening when we could open the windows (note: windows are poor quality and difficult to open/close). The neighborhood was very quiet with the exception of barking dogs early in the mornings. The only reason for four stars is because the landscaping all around the house is mostly mown weeds and sand. Sprinklers were running when we arrived, but it's not clear what exactly the homeowner intends to do with the landscaping. There were weeds growing up in front of the garage and at the corner of the house. The grounds would just really benefit from a visit by a landscaping crew. Otherwise, this a nice place away from the increasingly unpleasant congestion in McCall. ##### Matt F.
