This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Cameras face the front door and the back yard. Guests must provide their own firewood for the wood-burning stove. There is no garage access, so parking is in the driveway in tandem for 2 cars. There is additional parking across from the unit for 1 extra vehicle. No smoking. No parties. No events. No fireworks. No pets allowed. This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options. This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. Birdie Glen Parking The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit. (2 cars parked in tandem) The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.
