I guess you get what you pay for. I Decided to stay at this location because I have always had decent to good experiences with red roof inn facilities. This location is horrible. The floor is laminate and was super greasy to the touch. It didn't matter whether you were barefooted, in socks, or wearing shoes, you could feel your feet slowly slide from under you. Shower water never got hot. It barely got warm. King bed had a huge crater in the mattress on one side. Clearly this mattress has reached its life expectancy. When I laid down on the mattress, you can hear and feel multiple coils, popping and collapsing underneath you. And don't look forward to coffee in the morning either. Room had a coffee maker with coffee, however, that's it. No cups, no stir sticks, sugar, or creamer to be found. Just a bag of coffee and a coffee maker. Iron, lol. I know not to expect high, end, quality irons in hotels. But if you stay at this hotel, you better bring dry, cleaned clothes. The iron repeatedly spilled yellowish water on my clothes. Had to spot clean them several times just to make them presentable.

No fee on pets!!! A must if you have pets!
For the price, the room was good. I like that they don't charge an arm and a leg for having puppies. The room was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. We would definitely stay again as long as they don't charge for pets like other hotels do.

Not the Red Roof quality i expected for the rate
Toilet had a leak and was running basically all night on and off. Vanity sink broken. Rusty fixtures all around. Woke up to what looked like a small cockroach running under the bed when i turned the light. Faux wood floor was sticky. $50 motel 6 would have been nicer.

All the red roofs I’ve visited have a mildew smell. There is not enough ventilation

Comfortable room
Just what I needed for the weekend, a spacious, quiet and clean room. I love when the room temperature is cool especially down here in South Texas! I fell asleep right away, I’m looking forward to my next stay

Phone ringing at 1am but only ring 3x
It was a great stay aside of being woke up at 1am to phone ringing. It would ring 3 times and then they would hang up, then again 3 times and hang up we found it to be weird it happened 3 more times but we never answered!
