I really enjoy the stay specially that has a pool but the only problem was the bed that kept sliding off the bed base

I liked everything. Especially the nearness of stores, restaurants & family members. What I didn’t like was the bed. It kept on sliding every time we would sit on it & or lie on it. I believe if the part where the bed was on were to have something so the mattress would not slide, that would really be great. That is the only thing I didn’t like, the sliding of the mattress.

The staff was pleasant. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The room i was in appeared clean by glance. However, the curtain had dried up snot in two places. The bathroom had a dried booger on the wall. A roach was crawling on the wall near the toilet. The TV was disconnected from the wall. I reconnected it and turn it on. The tv had 3 large marks and a small mark signifying the TV was about to go out. The remote batteries died so i couldn't change the TV or turn it off.

We didn't get our room cleaned, ac vent faces the door not the beds, soda machines on the 2nd floor were empty from Friday till the day we checked out, complimentary coffee wasn't good and on the day of check out they had ran out of regular coffee and only had decaf. Rug in the elevator was dirty and there was a coffee spill that was there from check in til check out which validated that there was no cleaning. Front office staff were very nice

They accused us of smoking cigarettes and the room which we do not even smoke cigarettes because my wife is disabled after having a triple bypass open our surgery and then harassed and threatened by employees and then police officers because we had to call law enforcement on the facility and then everything turned around to where they kicked us out for no reason and then issued an old trespass you notice for something we had nothing to do with
