« I called the front desk at around 8pm saying my toilet was clogged. He offered to move me to a different room which I did. Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. »

However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor smelled terrible; it is in desperate need of replacement. »
