Our third story condo overlooks the private heated pool and hot tub which is surrounded by an attractive tropical landscape. This third story unit gives you a spectacular view with privacy and security and is easily accessed by stair or elevator. The pool/hot tub walkouts directly out onto 3.5 miles of private beach. The balcony faces west allowing you your own private viewing of Mazatlan's gorgeous sunsets. There are two great restaurants located within walking distance at Estrella Del Mar and a small store. The beach is so beautiful with nature so close. We were lucky to help some green turtle hatchlings to the water. Aida was responsive and so helpful. Be sure to plan groceries as there is nowhere close. Fruit, veg and fish truck comes on Wednesdays at 2:00\. There is a restaurant at the nearby hotel.
