Stayed at neighboring hotels. 4 nights at the Pacific Ocean palace and 5 at the Luna Palace. The Luna was far superior. The ocean palace needs a complete renovation.

Filthy, toilet leaked, room smelt horrible, they wouldn’t refund or swap rooms, other guests say they would never stay there again. We left and went to another hotel.

The structure itself leaves much to be desired. It needs a lot of repairs and the staff just puts bandaids on everything. The dining was not good at all. I’ve stayed at the palace resorts in Cancun and this is NOTHING like the Palace resorts in Cancun. I was extremely disappointed. I paid more money thinking it would be the same but NOTHING like the palace resorts in Cancun. I was extremely disappointed for what I paid for, I have always used Expedia and have never had an issue but I was extremely disappointed this time.

Very disappointing. Both pools were so packed we couldn’t use them. Food in cafeteria was low quality (so many dishes and salads with hotdogs??). We had a junior suite with a kitchenette but there weren’t any kitchen tools or dishes. Room had very thin walls so we could hear everything from next door. The worst part was how overcrowded it was and the lack of dining options options. We would never recommend.

Multiple amenities were down when we arrived. The staff members we’re not helpful or friendly. The place was clean but the customer service the place offered was nothing that made it inviting to stay over again. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a vacation to spend solely at the hotel. Luckily, I have family in the city so I used the hotel to sleep only. Otherwise, you’re probably better off finding something with better customer service.

This is only the second time that I send a negative review , one for a restaurant in Seattle and this on , I’m also is the same industry everything went wrong from the smelly bathroom the the water pressure very poor service from the staff etc even the safe box breaks down several times and it needed to be completely open and replace a piece on the inside a50 minute repair, just stay away is a very bad hotel, I will call Expedia to consider removing this hotel from there page , sincerely stay away, Jhon

Check in was the worst experience ever the reseptionist had the worst attitude ever i made a mistake on the number of people in check in and they offered no solution to it and had me waiting a hour before checking me in, my sandals were stolen on the pool side and i was simply blamed for leaving them un un atended, if your looking for a quite stay this is not it there are a few bars across the street and you will not be anle to sleep with all the noise, i tried to speak with a manager about this terrible service and i was denied because he was not available

Vacation Mazatlan 2021
The location was great. The service great , friendly and English spoken, close to restaurants and shopping, buses and taxi’s close. A few things things I didn’t care for 1) not enough chairs on the beach, we tried to save some by going down early in the morning but when we returned someone had taken them. Another thing is we didn’t get to use the pools they were so crowded, and lastly the bed was hard as a rock, other than that it was great I would stay at again but maybe at the Luna Palace because it seemed more quiet.

Horrible. Hotel itself it ok, but to check in took 3 hours. It’s overcrowded. Pool is nasty filled with tons of little kids in diapers. Buffet is a joke. If your husband is hungry and you are not, they going to make sure you will not take one French fry off his plate. They watch you chew your food. Horrible. The bar itself is ok. The stuff one particular person named Sebastian Kevin is a pig. He hit on my wife while she was on the beach by telling her to kiss him and he will bring her a free drink. He is disgusting person who shouldn’t work at any hotels. He was hitting on her the whole time we were there but that was too much. When we brought it up with manager, no one seemed to find one..lack of English is a big minus. One girl spoke English and she said what he did was inappropriate and he will be fired but days later he still working the bar serving alcohol to people at the beach. Sebastian Kevin. Goes by Kevin.

Great ocean view
Great view. Right in front of the beach. The service was great. Everybody so nice. The only bad thing is that there was too many people staying. Hard to control customers not using face masks. One elevator was broken, so it was a pain to wait for it.

Mi experiencia en Palace beach towers
Estuvimos 5 noches con el sol inclusive! 1. El check-in estuvo espantoso, estuvimos una hora y media haciendo fila para registrarnos. Existe un check-in en línea que te envían días antes sin embargo nunca funcionó. El llegar al hotel comento esto y me dijeron que efectivamente tenían problemas. 2. Habitación bonita, funcional, muy limpia, el único detalle colchines muy incómodos. 3. Alimentos y bebidas. Desayuno regular pero comida y cena muy feo, nos tocó un día que las verduras estaban echadas a perder, avisamos y comprobaron que era cierto y las retiraron al poco tiempo. Las bebidas regular. Los restaurantes de reservación como el Roxy y el de la cena romántica estuvieron excelentes, muy rica comida tengo que decir. Quisimos comer en el sushi pero nos dijeron que ese tenía costo extra, lo cuál obvio no nos agrado. 4. Servicio en alberca y/o playa muy escaso y al ir a pedir había solo una persona atendiendo para toda la gente. 5. Ubicación del hotel está excelente, restaurantes, Oxxo, todo a unos pasos. 6. Me agrado mucho el que podíamos hacer uso de los 4 hoteles.

Loved its location! Right on the beach and near many good restaurants. They were always cleaning and were up to following safety procedures due to Covid-19. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially Jacob S.and his supervisor,not to mention the information desk staff.They were genuinely concerned for us and went out of their way to help us.I can not say Thank-you enough!

We were assigned the 5th floor. I asked if possible, to give us a higher floor. We got the 14th Floor. The panoramic views from the balcony were astonishing; Amazing. We stayed for hours and hours in the balcony just looking at the beach, the city lights, the 2 islands directly in front, the long coast and ocean waves washing ashore in front of the other beach front properties as well as ours. It was just amazing; I am lost for words. I have stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Rome, Italy overlooking the Vatican and the view from their balcony did Not Compared to the view from the Pacific Palace. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.
