Hello, thank you for your feedback. Just letting you know that the fridge is unplugged when the room is empty, so you have to just puggled it in. And regarding the coffee pot, we do have available you just had to ask for it at the front desk. Saludos!

Rooms location are random selected, it is published on the website that we only have stairs. We are always there at the fronk desk but perhaps we were busy at that moment; we cant control others people behabior if the guest doesnt tell us. One more thing, you need to realize prices are according to the actual demand of the dates. However, thanks your comments.

Hello Nathan, We were so sorry that you didnt have a good time staying with us; but with all respect what you are you saying it doesnt make any sense and you are just hating us without no justification, let me explain you why: We dont offer a pool in the travel agency platform to avoid cofussions instead we offer the optional service of going to a pool not located in the Hotel but just for the guests free of charge, Our concept is a cheap good quality option to stay in the city and that is why we can have all the amenities that you were looking for, there is no reason to call someone petty and pardon me you should have been grateful to give you a room for a canceled reservation for no having contact with you in several ways in order to confirm your reservation; We gave you a triple bed room because that was the only room left available and your options were paying for a new upgrade room or pay the same rate of the double bed room with the conditon of only use two beds because that is what are you paying for in order again to help you and not leaving you without a room, that decision it was up to you. We understand and already know that sometimes having a lot of people connected to a one single wifi network can affect the strenght and overall service of the wifi, so we strongly recommend you to take your time and choose for the next time something more according more for your needs. We understand that sometimes is noisy here because of the buses and all the cars that pass in front of the Hotel, its weird for us to say that the sheets are too short for the bed because they are so big, maybe because you didn´t pull the whole sheet from the bed and that´s why you feel that they werent large enough. You are wrong saying that the Hotel is old, it is rustic the way the furniture was years before here in Mexico and our costumers like it because it feels old school you know. However we appreciate your review, it helps us to get better. Thank you
