The villa is gated, with a large driveway, bike storage, and an enclosed private garden. There is a large, newly restored swimming pool featuring a beach area, as well as shallow and deep ends, making it perfect for both adults and children. The space The villa comfortably accommodates 10 people, featuring four spacious bedrooms spread across two floors. On the ground floor, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms and the main bathroom, which is equipped with a new bathtub, sink, toilet, and a large shower enclosure. Another separate downstairs WC is located next to the bathroom and the downstairs bedrooms, for the convenience of guests. The first bedroom is a large double with a freestanding wardrobe and a spacious chest of drawers. The family room features a king-size bed, bunk beds, and built-in wardrobes. The twin room also has built-in wardrobes with two standard single beds, making it suitable for children, teenagers, or adults. Upstairs, you'll find a master suite with a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room with a large shower enclosure, double vanity unit, and a toilet. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with soft linens, rustic decorative touches, and plenty of storage space. Bedding and bath towels are provided.
