"The unit was very nice and clean. This place is perfect for 2 and jad everything we needed. It is walking distance from a beautiful small town. It was centrally located for the places we were going. 45 minutes south of the Cincinnati Zoo, 45 minutes north of the distilleries we went to, and 5 mintes from the Ark Encounter."

"The space was nice and everything but the bed needs a new mattress. It has a pillow topper but the mattress dips so that the sides are higher and you lean towards the center. If you don't have to share the bed, then no problem. I admit, I sleep near the edge of the bed and I'm a side sleeper. Other than this, everything else is great. I would suggest to the owner to remove the AC in the bedroom because the one in the living room is sufficient for the whole space and there's a ceiling fan...

"Very nice stay. Comfortable for two adults and two children. Ceiling fan was nice to have as I usually like lots of air movement regardless of temperature. All seating (for four) was reclinable which really was a good thing after walking all over the ark encounter and level two zip lining. "This rental is new and has a very comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood and an awesome host! The pictures and description on VRBO didn't really describe how nice this place is. The bedrooms could use a chair and table to set things on. Being new there were two water related issues that need to be fixed, but I feel sure they will be fixed very quickly. This is a great place to stay, very quiet with everything you need! Gina is awesome and very responsive!"
