Pool was filthy when we arrived , kids couldn’t enjoy.
If low season requires a non buffet all inclusive - it should be noted
Fire alarm was sounding couldn’t sleep - there is no management in situ just a WhatsApp that is not monitored 24x7

The only thing that was not what I expected was the food. The food could have been better in all the restaurants for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was amazing w all the fresh fruits. The pineapple was the BEST!
