The dock has one covered slip with up to 1 more uncovered slips to take care of all your boating needs! Please note there are 2 residences on the property with the owners living in the other one! The Space: \-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over. Rates are as follows: Pontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes. \-There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished! \-This is a custom home, elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It comfortably fits multiple families, and is situated nearby to Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina. Norris Lake is 125 miles long, with \~850 miles of shoreline. You can spend 2 weeks on the water, and only see 1/2 of the lake. It is deep, with many inlets and creeks that allow GREAT watersports, like tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. \-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker & a keurig, dishwasher, 2 fridges upstairs, 1 downstairs, & another at the dock, stove,microwave & much more! The home also includes a hot tub & indoor swim spa, ping pong table, weber gas grill w/ an additional grill at the dock with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung Smart TV’s throughout the entire house as well. \-To access the dock, you are free to walk down to it OR you can drive down the gravel pathway that loops around the house all the way to the dock. \-Please note you have access to one covered slip & one uncovered slip. Several of our pontoon rentals stay at this locations & our staff may be by to occasionally move one or bring one in. \-We recommend launching prior to going to the property as it is a curvy single lane road to get to the property. Beach island marina has a launch or you can use the free launch called Judge Willard J. Brogan's TVA Boat Ramp. The address is 5697 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825, USA. This is probably the easier one as it is right by the property by water & does not cost anything to put in. We have several options for keeping your trailer for the duration of your stay! You can contact the marina where you put in at (please be sure to contact them to confirm), we have a gated warehouse about 10 mins away that you can keep it at, or you can drop it at our other property a few mins away in the large field to the left of the house. Please just be sure to get in contact with us if you would like to use either of our options! \-Please note, this part of the lake has year round water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate in off season months. Guest Access: The entire house is available with no more than 5 cars allowed at the property. The left side of the dock is the owner's side. The right side is available for guest use. The top deck of the dock is off limits. Other Things to Note: \-Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent \-Please note that traditional GPS does not find this property. The only one that does is WAZE. Please be sure to download to find the property. I will send instructions upon booking. \-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc. \-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor) \-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners. \-5 Car MAX limit as this property shares a steep driveway with our other property there. \-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property. \-We provide all firewood & propane tanks. \-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental. \-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance. \-Nearest grocery store is Food City which is 15 minutes away. \-No pets are allowed at our properties \-WIFI is KUB Fiber \-Please note that there is one slip available for guest use. The house was beautiful and perfectly set up for multiple families with kids. The boys loved the bunk beds, the girls loved having their own space and the adults enjoyed the quiet and privacy of their own wing of the house. The basement was absolutely amazing and a great place to wind down after a day at the lake. The deck with hot tub had an amazing view and the adults enjoyed beverages and a dip in the hot tub at the of the day. The best feature may have been the dock. We spent the entirety of each day down at the dock enjoying everything the lake had to offer. The grill and fridge at the dock made lunches a breeze and limited trips back and forth from the house. The road down to the dock allowed us to pack up the truck with all the necessities for the day and drive them down instead of walking everything down. The house and property have everything you need to have a great time from the time you get up to the time you go to bed. Due to the timing of our stay we were not able to rent a boat but er still utilized the great dock. We used the kayaks that are provided and did a lot of cove to cove exploring. The house is very well equipped with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed using the hot tub as well as the swim tub. All the bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. We used the Weber gas grill at the house twice and next time we will use the grill at the dock at least one night. The host, Gunner was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to our next visit which will be earlier in the season so we can rent a pontoon boat. ##### Randy J. Wonderful Time! This is a great place for a large group to stay. The house sits up on top of the hill with great views. There are deer on the property every night and morning. The dock is enormous and has a refrigerator/freezer, grill and large table. You should plan to cook out at the dock during your stay. Two slips are provided for your use, and we had local friends who came by on their boat to hang out with us. You can walk or drive to the dock, depending on your preference and ability. We had great weather, so were able to eat both inside and outside on the deck. However, if the weather had been bad where we had to eat inside only, there would not have been adequate seating for 16 people. the step down near the end of each hallway caused several of us to stumble. I suggest highlighting this area someway so the change in elevation is easily noticeable during both day and night. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed this facility. ##### Foster or Pete M. It's in a small cove with no traffic. The ability to drive from the house to the dock was a huge benefit. The full refrigerator and grill on the dock was very nice. The house had ample room for our group of 13\. One full bath is connected to a bedroom, and one half bath is connected to a bedroom. All the others are in the hallways. The dual refrigerators in the kitchen, along with 1 downstairs made meal planning easy. This house also has 3 washer/dryer units, for all your laundry needs. Pictures don’t do it justice!!! This house, dock, property, view is PERFECT. I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about it. We ranged in age from 72-2 and everyone was fully entertained from the very first minute. Plenty for the teenagers to do! We rented the pontoon boat as well, and that was great too! We rented a pontoon from the owners, blast! House was amazing, so much room! Entire family was there, 3 children and spouses , 7 grandchildren (1 to 17 years). Brother and wife 8 year old grandson part of week. Family came to visit us, first time home in 6 years. So much room to visit without interruption. But last but not least the property management was awesome! House was ready and he responded to any request immediately. When I was searching for a house I had to take in consideration my husbands disability. He is in a wheelchair part of the time, walker in doors. Even though this property is not ADA it is accessible for those with limitations. He was able to easily get in and out of the home and even on the pontoon with assistance of our boys. Fishing trip with grandsons, not successful with the catch but memories made ! I give this property an A And hope to return again! Worth every penny and then some! ##### Essie H. We loved being able to drive to the dock and not have to worry about the steps for the older and younger in our group. The swim spa and game room in the basement are a nice extra touch! Comfy beds and everything we needed to cook meals. The dock area is fantastic for fishing and hanging out, and it was awesome that they brought the pontoon to us for the weekend! The view is excellent and the balcony space is exceptional. We wore the lake out during our stay and the house was great to come home to and settle in for the evening. We didn't mind but it is best to drive down to the doc since the incline of the property is hard to tell from the pictures. Town and grocery store is close for runs for any forgotten goods. We enjoyed morning runs in the surrounding hills and watching deer come out in the evening. The owners house was next door but they were not around and it made us feel like we were totally off the grid...which we loved. Norris Lake and Swan Seymour were a great combination in East Tennessee. ##### Curt B. Lots of room in the house and on the dock. Boat house slip was perfect to park my ski boat, and it stayed in the water all week!
