Recent investors in PEI tourism properties have overpriced the market. What was once a popular vacation destination for middle class tourists has been hurt by sky high prices that have doubled in a year. Expensive properties should offer TV service not just smart TVs. How can an owner can pay for BELL internet and not add TV service. Their monthly TV service cost would be about 25% of one day's property fee. Owners should include an operating manual for their smart TVs.
