Hotel in a beautiful part of London

Pros: Location and luxury
Cons: Recommendations of where to walk and what bus to take
Location: Loved going to Hyde Park
Location was close to Hyde Park, giving it that difference from the city, but close to the Tube and has its own bus station allowing access to be very easy. Room was clean, comfortable and view of the city was spectacular. I would definitely recommend staying here.

London Weekend Visit

Pros: Friendly & informal attitude of staff - quality of the rooms and breakfast - central location - hotel facilities
Cons: Not really
Location: Next to Hyde Park - handy for all London shopping areas
Booked the hotel - lived up to all expectations - checked in Saturday / left Sunday

Classy hotel

Pros: Buffet breakfast and the lifts. Near to Hyde Park. Hotel view of the park.
Cons: Toilet showing signs of ageing. Room was humid, not common for an air conditioned hotel.
Location: Hyde Park, Nobu, tube station, Knightsbridge.
Love the buffet breakfast spread. There was some function happening and hotel was packed with working people during the day but that did not spoil our stay at all. The lifts were fast and efficient. Good location yet quiet at night. Only posh restaurants around the hotel. Hotel staffs were well trained.

Good location, short of 5 star though

Good location and friendly staff. However few issues that doesn't make it 5 star in my eyes - bed sheets had a couple of stains on it, housekeeping did change it promptly when requested, but this really should not happen at a five star hotel. Also checked in to the room and no complimentary water was available, rang reception to request some, waited for over an hour and no water was delivered. Otherwise than that room was good size, fantastic views and good location

Great location, Poor upkeep

The hotel location and views from the room are fantastic, but it is clear the hotel is aging with little attention to maintenance and upkeep. For the five star price is was disappointing to have a walk in shower with a broken telephone handle, the only way to use it was as a hand shower, this is not what I expect of a Hilton. Room was generally grubby with poor housekeeping.

Ripp-off

This hotel was the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to. The first room Had a pungent smell, so we had to get a new room. The furniture was extrenely basic, even for a 3 star hotel. Most of the staff we encountered were rude. The executive lounge was not at all worth the money. The breakfast was decent however, the rest was very poor. They are only getting the money for the "Hilton" name.
