5/5 Excellent
"I have visited Turkistan 3 times, and every time I choose to stay at Hotel Rixos. The cost of the stay is definitely worth it considering the quality of the room, the services and amenities you get overall at Hotel Rixos. The rooms I had were very clean and comfortable. The standard upkeep they have is noticeable with how clean the room, bathroom, and furniture are well maintained. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The room service is convenient, and a phone call away. The main reason why I stay at Hotel Rixos is the amenities: which is the workout gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, cold shower, and massage. Turkistan is a small city, so finding a gym in the area is problematic. The gym they have is spacious, all the free weights and workout equipment needed to be adequate to a western equivalent gym. The pool is a good size if you're looking to swim a few laps. The hot sauna and cold shower I used one time, it felt great afterwards. But note to Western guests: the massage they do is Russian style so it's more harsh to the body to that of a softer gentler type massage. Also, another big plus is the breakfast buffet. One of the best breakfast buffets I ever had in a hotel, with exceptional and healthy options to choose from. The breakfast was more Western style than Kazkah. The reception desk is very helpful, and most of the hotel staff speaks fluent English which is very accommodating. Overall, Hotel Rixos in Turkistan is amazing, and would definately stay again!"
