Set on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it features a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette opening onto a private terrace, plus a bathroom with toilet. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. Enjoy panoramic views of nature and village rooftops in a 17th-century building nestled between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. The apartment is 5 minutes from the Spanish border and Céret, 25 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Perpignan, 1h30 from Montpellier, 2h from Toulouse via Carcassonne, and 1h30 from Barcelona (free motorway). Several free parking lots are available in the village, two with security cameras. Up to 2 pets allowed. Events are permitted, with a maximum of 6 people (including guests) on the property.
