This was an amazing place to stay great staff on the perfect beach food & drinks are really pricey so venture out for food. We were in building two on the left side really easy to get to the beach & it was quite but it is kinda a maze on the other side. Overall we had a great time

Beautiful hotel on the beach.

Posted 27-Sep-2016
Pros: Hotel has own Luau and Guests were given preferred seating. Great food & open bar! Many water activities & rentals. Cabanas poolside/beach rentals.
Cons: Not much of anything! Would be NICE to have exhaust fans in guest rooms, though!
Location: Great location. Close to shopping & eateries. Golf course across street.
Chose this hotel because it was on the beach, had a lazy river, had bathtub. Nightly torch lightings & ceremony to the top of Black Rock for the cliff diving. Food inside the large dining area was so darn good. And room service orders were always correct and were promptly delivered. 2 pools, 2 outside bars with great menus. The concierge service was fantastic-over the top. Free shuttle and/or trolley, to take their guest into Lahina & other places. Cab service was great. Every time we had the bellman on duty call for us a cab.........they were there in 2 mins. Gift shop had just about anything one could be looking for.

rooms need upgrading

Posted 21-Sep-2016
The rooms were tired and in need of TLC. Booked a king sized bed but only got a standard. Resort fee is hefty but include wifi. Had to pay a daily parking fee of $20. All this being said, the hotel facilities and location was very good.

Great stay

Posted 18-Sep-2016
It was a really nice hotel. The views are beautiful. Our room was very clean and the hotel seemed to be renovated. The staff was very nice!!! The pools were very clean. It was a continuous pool around a big area. Difficult to describe. They had a kiddie pool. It was perfect for my 20 month old. The shuttle service was awesome (and is included), since you can't really walk anywhere. But all of the hotels are the same. Unfortunately, it's not like Oahu, and everything seems far. Also, there isn't many sidewalks. Overall, a Great stay!

Small resort poor quality but great location

Posted 18-Sep-2016
Small resort seem to be having cockroach issues . Roaches everywhere at night even at the bar.?Mediocre breakfast buffet . Uncomfortable beds . Not many choices to eat. One main pool that branched out to s lazy river gets very crowded . Location is the best thing about this place close to the black rock great snorkeling. location vs resort experience . If all you care is snorkeling then this is fine

Great location

If you are staying in the club section, parking should be free The front desk staff weren't the friendliest, especially for a Starwood hotel

Very nice stay.

Posted 15-Sep-2016
Pros: Not a lot of non residents coming through.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Not much close by but the shuttle can take you to 3 different places for dining and shopping.
Nice place and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
