Staff was amazing, the on-site cafe is convenient as is the shuttle service to the airport. Very pleased with this hotel.

The room was very nice, but I wish we had had a microwave oven. I also didn't see a hot tub, which would have been nice. The staff were great and gave us a good suggestion of where we could go for a few hours. We ended up at the aquarium and really enjoyed that.

It is comparable to other Courtyards I stayed at in the mainland. I would have appreciated it more if the staff monitored the guests' children's conduct at the pool.

Business before pleasure on Maui
When we come to Maui, we like to stay at the Courtyard the first night to do things in the area. It is a convenient, beautiful hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is efficient and helpful. We are accomplishing what we planned, and picking up our daughter and son-in-law before we head to our condo. I highly recommend the Courtyard.

A terrible holiday vacation.
Terrible experience at an incredible overpriced hotel. Bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper upon check-in. Roosters crowing at 3am every morning and children running down the halls. Overpriced, mediocre food in the lobby. Charged for an extra night (on Christmas) for $700 / night despite 5 days of notice of the request to cancel the final night of the trip.

Staff are friendly and responsive to concerns. Generally neat and clean. Convenient to have ATM in lobby. Liked football Thursday. Food in Bistro was lovely. Would love an addition of an actual restaurant, but wouldn't stsy away from this hotel for not having that as I loved the offerings I tasted at the Bistro...bith breakfast and dinners.

Hotel great restaurant bad
Biggest issue is the restaurant in the hotel is not a restaurant but rather a snack and very limited breakfast lunch and nothing for dinner. Luck there were other places to easy using food trailers. Everything else was fine to great.

Convenient and Comfortable
Our stay was great. The hotel is convenient to 2 different food truck lots (both with a good variety of food) and right across the street from Costco. We enjoyed staying on this part of this island because it was close to the beach we were learning to wing foil. Would definitely stay here again. The staff are all extremely helpful.

The staff was awesome! Every person I spoke with was friendly and helpful! The room was perfect for our family. It’s so convenient to the airport and loved the shuttle. The food truck park was most convenient as well.

Nice stay!
Wonderful experience. Guest relations were amazing throughout stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable for this picky person. Walk in shower was clean and had hand bar and foot rest in perfect places which I didn’t t even realize I needed until I utilized them. Water pressure was great. I loved the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs as well as washer/ dryers and a gym. The A/C in the room cooled extremely well and room was spacious. The pool out couch wasn’t comfortable but the extra seating options were appreciated. All of the food trucks next door also made dining options very convenient. Located across the road from Costco and very close to airport but never heard planes take off or any traffic issuers. Property is clean and inviting.
