I was concerned about staying in a hotel with no air conditioning and no TV, but thankfully the weather was cool enough that we enjoyed our stay here very much (November). Ceiling fans and louvered windows provided enough breeze to be comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, we were steps from the beach, the breakfast was good, overall it was a very relaxing place to stay.
Great location - right on the beach and an easy walk to the town, shops, and groceries. More shopping a quick drive away. Loads to do in town and on the island. Staff were super friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean, up to date and everything worked. We'd go back in a heartbeat! Mahalo!
Our condo was fabulous. It was steps to the beach and was very well stocked. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our only complaint was that the bed was hard and not especially comfortable. It gave my partner a backache and he ended up sleeping on the couch.
This is a very nice condominium easy check-in easy check out it was very clean very close to the beach wonderful sunrises and sunsets plenty of restaurants close by very close to the airport We would stay here again
Love the Wailea area and this condo is well located near great restaurants, shopping and transportation routes. The condo development is nicely maintained however our unit, built in 1979, hadn't had much updating since then. Positives: comfortable bed, great ocean view, nice pool. Negatives: chipping paint, ants in bathroom, ugly dated decor and furniture. Key is to be away enjoying Maui and spend as little time as possible in the unit.

Overall a great stay- the rooms were clean, the and were as exactly as described via the website. My family and I had a wonderful time.
The only thing that could have been improved upon was the customer service of the front desk staff- they struggled to explain the additional fees (outside of the resort fees), and we had to speak with a manager the next morning to receive an adequate explanation. Luckily management were great in providing a detailed explanation, as well as an apology for the check-in persons lack of customer service.
