This hotel was very nice & accommodating. Steps away to the sand at the beach & the premises was always very clean & well kept. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious & had a full kitchen. The only drawback was that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Although the windows can be kept open the cross breeze comes in really nice however, we were there when it was very humid & during the day it was a little uncomfortable to be in the room. Good thing we spent most of our days in the beach, pool or shopping. The bed was very comfortable. No TV's either but I had my ipad which kept me company. At night the breeze was very nice coming through & you can hear the ocean waves which make it very soothing. I would recommend this place to my friends.
We loved our vacation and Aina Nalu is perfect in so many ways... The condo was the right size for our family, the pools and grounds were fabulous, walking distance to everything. The drawback was that our kitchen had cockroaches crawling on the counters every morning and during our stay the ceiling leaked. Aina Nalu is a gem, I hope they invest just a little more to bring these areas up to speed.

This was the perfect place for an intimate getaway. Having breakfast on the lanai to the sway of the palms and the crash of the waves was a classic setting for romance. Excellent location, easy to find, good access to the rest of the island. Only criticism--the summer sun set behind the mountain so we had to travel up coast to see it set on the water.
Hotel is very good especially for families. Nice pools. I just didnt like their costumer service. dukes restaurant only opens at 7:30 which is too late for my kids considering the time difference from where we came from. Takes forever to ask for a housekeeper. They say they only change sheets every 4 days which is hard for when u have kids! they come clean the hotel every 2 days. And I had problems with their AC. There was never a sign on the control panel that should say, "your AC shuts off when you open your door" we always woke up drenched in sweat coz it shuts off even when the door isn't locked.
We have stayed at the Paki Maui several times before, but this time instead of an end room on a lower floor (even though we book ocean front, it's more of an ocean view), we were upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom actual ocean front condo. We couldn't have been happier. The view was spectacular and the room was perfect! The staff even let us into the room a bit early to put our groceries into the refrigerator.
Overall a very good experience. The spacious condo's and the grounds are well maintained, and have nice (partial) views of the beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The nearest beach is about a mile away, so a car is recommended. The only downside is that the living room does not have a airco, so gets a bit hot during the day, but the bedroom does have airco.
It was great!!!
Hotel customer service was very nice. Help us in what ever we needed.
My husband and I come to Hawaii ever year and this is our first time staying here.
We love it!!! Walk out side and you're on the beach.
The view from our room was incredible just beautiful.
We're making plans to stay here next year.
