It offers 37 sqm of living space and 46 sqm of usable space (attic floor). Pleasantly furnished, fully renovated, and air-conditioned, it is east-west facing and traverses the apartment. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen open to a pleasant partially shaded patio. Upstairs, there is an attic suite with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a bathroom, and a dressing area. The interior patio and a small terrace overlook a lane. Free parking is available in the lane (in agreement with the neighbors). Highlights: Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, WiFi, proximity to the beach and shops. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.
