« We were so pleased with this rental; the location, the accomodations, the cleanliness. Kitchen was stocked & grill was clean; we were able to make simple meals when we didnt go out to ear. We had a few small issues which were taken care of same day by property manager. Only issues were spotty internet & phone service; also deck stairs need to be replaced. »

« It had a pleasent atmosphere, was very clean, was well located and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were small but manageable. For those wanting a private fenced in yard, this met the bill. If you don't have a car, it is only 6 blocks from the Hampton Jitney stop and walking distance from town including Love Lane. It's about a 15 minute walk down a side walk on a quiet street to the public beach which has a life guard and playground. »

« Stupendous house - great layout with a huge kitchen/dining room/living combo room right as you walk in. Excellent outdoor shower! The house is close to a beach on the Great Peconic Bay, which is beautiful. As a chef, I really appreciated the killer gas stove and the tons of counter space to work. The house was spotless. The host was terrific. Love the North Fork! This place is right in the middle of everything. »

It's very comfortable, spotless, nicely decorated, spacious, well supplied in all respects from kitchen to recreational equipment/beach supplies. Quiet neighborhood, super convenient location (town/wineries, etc.). Great place for a North Fork getaway. »
