The beach is about 30/40 meters away and can be reached on foot in a few seconds. The house is available all year round. The ideal capacity is 2 people, 3 at most (preferably a child). Inside the house there is in fact a double bed and an armchair / bed (when open it measures 80 cm x 180 cm, a single bed in practice). It is therefore ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. The house also has: \- PRIVATE TERRACE / SOLARIUM of 30 square meters, a real gem, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, sunbathe or sit outdoors. \- DEHOR interior of 12/13 square meters with sofa and armchairs, \- Covered outdoor veranda of about 12 square meters. In addition, the house has a large garden, outdoor parking space and is immersed in the typical Gargano and Mediterranean nature (olive trees, citrus fruits etc.). Natural habitat: the typical greenery of the Mediterranean scrub (olive, citrus, etc.), caressed by the sea breeze and the scent of the sea. In the same land a few meters from the sea there are 2 other independent housing solutions: \- THREE-ROOM APARTMENT (about 40 square meters + large covered veranda for exclusive use and very large garden), also recently renovated internally, able to accommodate 4 people. \- TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (28 sqm, covered outdoor veranda for exclusive use and very large garden) able to accommodate a couple or a couple with a child. Both houses have been recently renovated and are very nice and comfortable. In Mattinata village instead we have the following house: \- APARTMENT of about 55 square meters a few steps from the center with dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 people. In the months of May, June, July, August and September the minimum stay period that we require is 1 week (in these months arrivals and departures take place on SATURDAY). In the remaining periods of the year it is possible to take the house even for shorter periods arriving and departing on days other than Saturday. PRICES are indicated in the "TARIFFS SECTION" of the announcement. Simply enter the arrival and departure dates and you can view them. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, ein großes Bad und natürlich die wunderschöne und große Dachterrasse. Auf dieser kann man viele schöne Stunden verbringen, lesen und den Sternenhimmel bei einem Glas Wein bewundern. Im unteren Bereich gibt es neben der überdachten Terrasse noch einen kleinen Vorraum mit Sitzgelegenheiten, sollte das Wetter mal nicht so gut sein. Die Vermieter sind allesamt sehr herzlich und kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Dazu betreiben sie noch das beste Restaurant im Umkreis. Elle offre une première terrasse dans un joli jardin d’oliviers, citronniers et orangers. Le grand charme de cette maison est sans conteste son toit terrasse offrant une vue panoramique à la fois sur l’adriatique et le parc du Gargano. Vous y êtes entièrement seuls, les autres maisons n’ayant pas d’accès à cet espace. La climatisation de la chambre est un plus pour les nuits les plus chaudes même si la maison avec sa belle hauteur de plafond arrive à conserver une certaine fraîcheur. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Le kayak nous a permis d’explorer les grottes et les criques qui sans cela restent assez inaccessibles soit du fait du seul accès possible par la mer ou de l’exploitation des plages dont un grand nombre sont privées. Tagsüber gibt es eine Terrasse vor dem Haus mit Blick in einen schattigen Garten, voll mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Abends kann man auf der großen Dachterrasse unterm Sternenhimmel sitzen - manchmal kann man das Meer hören. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Jul 23, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### wunderbares Haus direkt am Meer Bestechend ist die große private Dachterrasse, auf der man jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bestaunen kann. Das kleine Haus ist einfach und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über eine extra große Dusche, was in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Neben der schon erwähnten Dachterrasse gibt es eine weitere Terrasse vor dem Haus inmitten einem Garten mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen, die angenehmen Schatten spenden. Das Meer und verschiedene kleine Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Angelo und Francesco sind immer erreichbar und helfen, wenn es nötig ist. Ich bin völlig begeistert und würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Insgesamt einfach großartig! Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben ! ##### Heike O. Sep 3, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Ein Traum am Meer Ein echtes kleines Paradies - unter Oliven- und Orangenbäumen kleines, sehr sauberes, mit viel Liebe gemachtes Reihenbungalow mit Terrasse und zusätzlich außerordentlicher Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Meer und nach Mattinata - wir haben abends unserer Aperol Sprizz dort beim Sonntenuntergang genossen. Sauberes gepflegtes Bad und Klimaanlage - sehr angenehm. Nur ca. 50 m zu zwei vorzüglichen Restaurants/Bars (am Strand und knapp oberhalb). Der sehr schöne Kiesstrand ist ebenfalls nur 50 m entfernt (man kann auch direkt über den Vermieter Liegestuhl / Schirm mieten). Die Familie von Angelo ist fantastisch und kümmert sich sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich um die Gäste - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Der Gargano ist einfach ein Traum. Und noch ein Plus: Mattinata ist touristisch nicht überlaufen und dtl. angenehmer als Vieste oder Peschici. Grazie mille! ##### Peter W. Jun 27, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Meer Eigentümer und Betreiber der Ferienwohnung und der nahegelegenen Bar bzw. des Strandabschnitts sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Buchung von Schirm und Liegen war unkompliziert (Tipp: Bei Bedarf am Besten vor Anreise reservieren). Sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe. Das Bett ist eher hart. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Küche haben wir kaum benutzt, da wir meist in der Bar bzw. Umgebung Essen waren. Klasse Ginauswahl in der Bar! ##### Christian S.
