« Just got back home from a week at this Mattapoisett beach cottage, we had a great time. The house had everything we needed for a quiet week at the beach and the neighborhood is perfect - good sized private beach, separate dog-friendly beach area, quiet roads for kids to ride bikes or to walk our dog, and close to anything we needed. We've made this beach house part of our summer plans for the past 5 years and always enjoy our time there. »

« The house is very private, spacious and clean. It has two living areas which is great for multiple generations. The modern kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, from pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, etc. There's a large deck with a gorgeous view where we sat and had our meals. Having a grill was great, although it needs some TLC. The back yard is large and great for kids to run around. There's a private beach, unfortunately, there was some seaweed that made it less inviting but...

« The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Everything worked and there were lots of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, containers, toilet paper, etc. The location is fabulous and during high tide the water comes up within 20 feet of the house. Beautiful clean ocean and beach. Would highly recommend. Lots of steps and huge wrap around porch. »
