The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. Which was already placed in our room. Upon entry we noticed 1 piece of luggage was missing. I want to thank the staff of Dogo Yaya for their hard work in getting the luggage to our hotel within 24 hours of arrival. Service was amazing. The onsen facilities around the hotel were good and the hotel provided the necessary clothes and towels. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods which we enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend the hotel if you're staying in Matsuyama.
