« 朝食つきでコスパは良いです。時々利用しています。 清掃はいまいちな感じです。ソファーに髪の毛が結構落ちてました。簡易なホテルって感じです。今回初めてツインに止まりましたが不思議な部屋でしたw 団体と重なることが多く、朝食が混み合ったりします。団体の時間みていったのですが、予約時間がまもられていませんでした。ちびっこの団体が上の部屋だったのかずっとうるさかったです。壁は薄目です ただ安いのでよしとします。コスパ重視のかたは最高です »

« 部屋はとてもワクワクする部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、チェックインする時にやり方がわからなくてずっとチェックインできないというグループが1組いました。全員分の個人情報を入力したらQRコードが届くということをわかりやすく書いてあれば親切かと思います。 また、自分の部屋の間取りはチェックインするまでわからず、ベッドの数も表記ではセミダブル3台となっていましたが、実際はセミダブル2＋2段ベットがありました。 バーベキューセットがあったので、海鮮を焼こうと準備をしてたら、２つのうち１つのガスバーナーがはまらず、使用することが出しませんでした。 お風呂のテレビを密かに楽しみにしていたのですが、故障中と書かれており残念でした。 改善点をいくつか挙げましたが、それ以上に部屋は清潔でキッチンもとても綺麗で、過ごしていてワクワクするつくりになっていました。 »

"We stayed 6 nights. The room was regular size for japanese hotels. We had a queen bed, the mattress was comfy but the comforter was super thin, I was disappointed because usually, in Japan, comforters are always big and fluffy. There was no disturbing noises from the streets or from the hallway. There’s 4 washing machines where you can pay with coins or with an app which was convenient for us. We tried the lunch buffet and it was very good : cooked on the spot and many delicious desserts. Overall we had a great stay at The One Five."

"Une matinée je suis arrivé à 09h45 pour le petit-déjeuner qui ferme à 10h00\. Je voulais juste une tasse de thé et un croissant mais je n'ai pas été autorisé à entrer dans la salle, alors que mon tarif y donnait droit. Le lendemain j'ai dû payer par moi-même le petit-déjeuner (non compris ce jour là). J'ai demandé à l'hôtel une ristourne (par exemple ne pas payer le dernier petit-déjeuner non compris) mais la manager n'a rien voulu faire à part cliquer sur son stylo. Mauvais management de l'hôtel qui pourtant pourrait être super."

"Accueuil grand style Nous étions en demi pension. Il y avait un buffet le soir copieux et assez diversifié mais toujours le même. Nous y étions pour 5 jours. Nous avons demandé (en payant un supplément) de pouvoir aller au restaurant japonais de l’hôtel. Ils ont prétendu que nous ne nous y étions pas incrits (je nous y avais inscrits le matin). Au second refus, le lendemain, nous avons réagi très négativement, exigeant de voir le directeur. Finalement ils ont accepté que nous y allions (il y avait 8 clients) Le repas était excellent. La dernière nuit j’ai été piquée en ligne sur les bras et dans le cou par des puces ou punaises de lit. Je leur ai montré les piqûres, ils ont prétendu qu’au Japon, ça n’existait pas et n’ont présenté aucune excuse"
