    Water views abound from every corner of the home. You'll be treated to sunrise vistas from the front porch in the mornings and spectacular sunsets from the back of the house in the evenings. Cool off with your favorite happy hour beverages on the breezy covered patio. An incredible family recreation area comes furnished for even more outdoor living, with features including cornhole, horseshoes, and a firepit.





    The bright, two-story floor plan is well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The spacious open kitchen provides an excellent centerpiece for group gatherings and is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances for efficiently handling family-style meals. There's even a dedicated beverage fridge for added convenience. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks and conversation on the screened patio or in the living room equipped with a sleek gas fireplace for an added touch of ambiance. I noticed all the great reviews were from 2023, 2024. My stay was in 2026 and I found the house to be neglected. Lights that didn’t work, stove burners that didn’t work, the kitchen lacked adequate cooking equipment, if you want to prepare meals, counter top ice maker didn’t work, Murphy bed downstairs collapsed when someone tried to sleep on it, bed linens that worn and had a lot of piling, and the floors in the house weren’t cleaned well, the soles of your feet turned black when you walked on them barefoot.

A great house for relaxing

This was a very nicely built and appointed home with room for everyone. So much space to spread out and relax, and tons of covered seating area by the pool. You have amazing water views as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Florida retreat

The home is beautiful and met all of my expectations. The neighborhood and surrounding areas still show signs of the hurricane, but a lot of progress has been made. Had a great stay!

Fishing Paradise

We did a fishing weekend here and the property was fantastic. Plenty of room to park the boats, pool to use after fishing all day, and a large outdoor area to hang out at to enjoy the weather was amazing. The town is still in pretty rough shape due to hurricane Ian so be prepared to bring all your food from the grocery store and cook on property.

Peaceful!!!!

The property is beautiful. The view from the home is breathtaking. My husband and I took our three kids and their two cousins all teenagers and just relaxed. The pool was cool and refreshing. The game room was a lot of fun for the kids and my husband. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax, then look no further.

Family vacation

The house is super clean and very comfortable. There is master bedroom upstairs with additional family room, desk and small balcony with spectacular view. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with full/queen. Great kitchen, well equipped, Nice swimming pool and very comfortable area around it with plenty of sites, tables, lounges etc. We came with 3 jetski. The house is really close to the boat ramp. We had a fantastic time! Thank you!

Magical Matlacha!

Just had the best mini family reunion long weekend in Matlacha for my mom's 80th birthday. The home is absolutely beautiful and the best equipped I've experienced. Well stocked kitchen, tons of towels and extra linens and very tastefully decorated. We all felt really comfortable and at home and honestly there was nothing that was lacking. We had a total of 8 guests and we all had our own space as the home is quite large. The additional out door decks and the huge outdoor lanai were exceptional. We spent a lot of our time down by the pool with covered spaces for those wanting shade as well as sunny chairs and loungers. Also downstairs was a super cute game room that my 4 year old grand daughter really enjoyed. We brought our own boat along and explored near by Cabbage Key, Captive and Sanibel Islands. They are all located within 30 minutes by boat from the home with Boca Grande just above them. Saw lot's of dolphins, rays, turtles and birds along the way. The Public boat launch was .5 miles away making it easy to put our boat in for the weekend and easy out when we checked out. The town of Matlacha is charming! Super cute galleries and shops along with waterfront dining options. Only downside was not staying longer to enjoy and explore. We will be back for sure!

House Rental

We rented this home primarily because of the pool and outdoor entertaining space. This outdoor space was very disappointing and not in good condition. Both outdoor Red Chaise lounge chairs had rusted and deteriorated legs. All the outdoor chair cushions were dirty and had stains - we did not use them because they were so dirty. Lots of broken glass on the patio by the high top table and chair set. Patio Firepit door is rusted shut - unable to open to exchange empty propane tank.. Gave 10 days notice to have the Pool heated so that we could enjoy. Very disappointed that when we arrived it was Ice cold. Took 3 days into the vacation until we could use the pool and was warm enough. Pool was not clean when we arrived. Pool should be clean before rental starts. I spent the first hour trying to net out as much of the debris as I could. Not a good pool experience. Upper level outdoor patio set - same floor as the Primary Suite. Outdoor patio was dirty and chairs / cushions were filthy. Front steps and home need some paint in a few areas.... not up to the expectations for a higher end home. IN Home Need to replace all burned out light bulbs throughout the home. Dining / Kitchen area and bathrooms. Main floor bathroom only had 1 of 4 bulbs working. The very first day we got locked out and had to call customer service for a locksmith. key provided only works on the deadbolt. When we closed the door it self locked behind us and the key did not fit the doorknob lock.
