#### Cute and cozy spot on the canal

We stayed 3 nights here because it was close to the marina we booked our fishing charter out of. It was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch. This property is perfect for a couple’s getaway.

#### Nice but needs new mattress to enjoy the stay

Clean and quiet. The bed and couches are badly warped and not comfortable. Second night my sciatica kicked in and the rest of my stay was shot, with terrible back pain. It's a shame. I would stay again if mattress was replaced. ITS TIME....

#### Much needed get away!

Cute and quiet place to stay. Loved the lanai! Spent most of the time when we weren't out and about in the lanai. The area was quiet and a convenient short walk or bike trip to the local restaurants and shops - all of which were great!

#### 20HR 3am-11pm in my truck w/ my fam(5ppl) 14pee stps 86"R we there yet" 1 LOOK N IT WAS ALL WORTH IT

From the very 1st interaction with Leah Gregg(owner) it was clear that we had found a Gem!! Words cannot really describe the property but I will try...every amenity you would want in SW Florida, this property provided and more! The huge screened in wrap around porch that overlooked a water way and an OSPREY nest with baby's in it was amazing! I rented a boat 1 day and brought it right up to our property! The super-spacious 1BR interior was in PERFECT condition! We liked it so much we wanted to rent it another night and Leah made that so easy! That last day we had a cookout of Filet Mignon, Lobster Tail and Shrimp that I cooked for my family, on the grill, in the FENCED in backyard...this was key as my sister has a dog! My nephew caught his 1st fish and this will forever be a great memory for me and mine!! This house made all that possible for a very reasonable price!! Thank you Leah and we will be renting from you again!

#### Quaint Cottage

Very clean and comfortable cottage. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai overseeing the canal. It was a reasonable drive to Cape Coral. My only recommendation would be to have ceiling fans and lights on the Lanai so it can be more comfortable when it’s too warm. My husband and like to play cards and could have spent a lot more time out there with those additions.

#### Peaceful bungalow on a canal

My husband and I had an awesome week at this property in Matlacha! The screened in porch was so nice — we practically lived out there, having cocktails, reading and watching the pelicans dive for fish just a few yards from our chairs. The house is cheerfully furnished and the owner has anticipated every need. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend this vacation property — well worth the price!!

#### Anglers paradise

We had the privilege of staying at Leah’s home for a few days. It was truly an anglers paradise. We were able to walk to the bridge and pier for some amazing local fishing. The surrounding shops and restaurants are an amazing perk - all in walking distance. We are looking forward to our next stay!

I highly recommend this property! Great location, cute little house that was perfect for me and my husband. Leah was excellent with communication and helpfulness. Large screened in porch perfect to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning! I can't wait to go back!
