### A Cozy and Modern Place in Mati City

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit City of Mati. Nestled in the heart of the city, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers driveway parking, and lots of parking spaces in front of the house. House is recently built with an open floor plan, soaring ceilings and huge sliding windows made for relaxation. Please note that this is not a beach house- the Dahican beach and other beaches are at least 15 minutes drive away.   
This adorable property features 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and bidets, guests can freshen up comfortably.  
Warm and inviting modernly furnished open floor plan. Kitchen has an oversized center island, perfect for gathering around. The property has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room, a fully fenced backyard with private gazebo and patio furniture for lounging. The place is also set up with Wifi wireless internet connection, with monitors and office space in the master bedroom. The house is also in a very close proximity to a convenience store, an Inn and a computer cafe.  
  
You may request an extra foam mattress to accommodate up to 8 guests  
  
You will have the entire home to yourself. Home is separated by a private fence. The other side is a separate property which is another listing if not occupied by the owner.  
Also, there maybe large footprints on weekends (but not often) in the area as the open space in front of the house is a shared parking space for guests of the Inn.  
  
Guest Access:  
This is a meet and greet check in. The property manager is just one house away. We give our guests space but we’re available when needed. It is up to guests how much interaction is desired. We are available at all times and just a quick phone call away.  
  
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am  
Please be considerate of the noise level at ALL times, especially when outside and 10pm-7am
