Also,a fire pit for you to relax and enjoy the mountains. Plenty of parking is available at our rental and can accommodate the largest vehicles and trailers you may bring. Gilbert, Matewan and Delbarton are a rider-friendly towns. You can ride your ATV/UTV or dirt bike to the Hatfield McCoy access trail entrance, restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, and shops

Not what we expected.
All in all we were disappointed. For the price we have stayed in much nicer homes and cabins. Parking is very minimal. Neighbors on one side wow not pretty. Dogs barking non stop. Dog poop everywhere. I mean everywhere. Cleaned it up ourselves because in 5 min we all had it on our feet. Notified the host. Thanksgiving day after running to the store we came back to the house filled with sewer/septic fumes from plumbing errors. Ruined our thanksgiving dinner of course. Beds are beyond worn out. Was like sleeping on the floor. We tried to find other accommodations but just nothing available short notice. We enjoyed our trip as much as possible just not the living accommodations. We won’t stay here again. The hosts were great people themselves.

ATV get away
This is the perfect spot to ride your ATV from. Gas station not too far away, can ride to the devil anse trail system and beyond plus the outlaw trails are nearby. Host was absolutely amazing, can't meet better or friendlier people. The oven had an issue and the host not only fixed it right away but heated up our dinner while they did. I highly recommend this place, new front porch is great for enjoying the mountain scenery.

This is a nice place to stay if you are visiting WV, riding the trails on ATVs or UTVs or just looking for a spot to unwind. The owners were incredible and helpful.

The best hosts!
We decided to go to Hatfield and McCoy's for my soon to be brother-in-laws bachelor trip. 10/10 would recommend. We had a blast, the house was exactly what we were looking for and Lisa and her husband we absolutely the best hosts! The cabin looks smaller in pictures but worked perfect for us guys. The house had all the essentials we needed and more. The guys are still talking about how much fun they had, especially at the house because of the great hospitality! I can't thank them enough for making our trip so much fun and definitely one to remember!
