Inside, you’ll find bright, airy living areas filled with natural light across the two houses on the property. The six well-appointed bedrooms are spread across both houses, designed for comfort and flexibility, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Four modern bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests, while laundry facilities are included for longer stays.  
  
Outside, there is plenty of space to unwind, with sun-soaked outdoor areas and direct access to Matarangi Beach. The open-plan lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen are ideal for both socialising and quiet evenings, with comfortable seating, games, and an open fire. Doors and windows open onto the spacious deck and lawn, where you can enjoy outdoor dining, cocktails, or simply relax and take in the ocean views and coastal breezes.  
  
The property is within easy walking distance of the Matarangi Golf Club and its restaurant - a favourite attraction for many holidaymakers. A short walk in the opposite direction will get you to the Matarangi Bar surf break.  
  
From swimming, kayaking, and fishing to exploring Whitianga’s hot pools, hiking trails, and iconic coastal sights, Pine Haven is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.
