"A great house for a large group. We had four couples. Sitting outside by the canal was very pleasant. Rockport and Fulton were very close with all their excellent seafood. The house was very comfortable and well decorated. I stayed in the Flamingo Room. The steps are not too steep. We will stay in this house again!!"

"The home and area are beautiful. The upstairs was just right for our family of 7 to spend time together. And the downstairs room was a perfect getaway that allowed my husband and I to enjoy some quiet time while our daughter and her family slept in the upper area. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was that the weekend went by way to fast!"

"This was one of the best house I have stayed at it was so clean and check in was so easy. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. There where a few things like the water pressure down Stairs Could’ve had more Pressure, and the a/c worked but we had to keep the upstairs really cold for everyone downstairs to be comfortable to sleep other then that it was really nice place and we will be staying again."

"Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. "
