This original three-bedroom apartment, housed in a historic house in a quiet street in Massagno, has retained a vintage feel thanks to its beautifully maintained floors, enhanced by creative but essential furnishings. The large living room welcomes you with a relaxation area, with a sofa and armchairs where you can read a book and chat with friends, and a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is separate, equipped with everything you need and complete with a dining table. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, which are spacious and bright. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. The apartment has a private parking space. (max dimensions: L:6.00m, W:2.00m, H:2.30m) Access: Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. By train, from the Lugano train station you can walk to the apartment in 10 minutes, or take bus No. 4 direction \\"Canobbio, Ganna\\" and get off at \\"Massagno, Vicolo Vecchio\\" and get off at the stop or bus No. 5\. at \\"Massagno, Genzana\\" direction \\"Manno, Uovo di Manno\\" and get off at \\"Massagno, Al Sole\\".
