### Villa Soleil - amazing sea view on Capri Island

Villa Soleil is an indipendent villa, recently renovated, surrounded by a garden and located along the Sorrento coast with private parking for two cars. The view is simply spectacular, facing the Capri Island, with unforgettable sunsets. Villa is about 150 meters far from the sea, reached by about 150 steps. Villa has a total of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are with a bathroom ensuite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom on the same halleway (one of them is a triple room).  
  
The larger terrace is equipped with sunbeds, parasol, a nice lava stone table for 10 people, an additional outdoor table. The other terrace has a tent, outdoor table and chairs. In the garden area there are: an outdoor shower with hot water and the a relax corner with a gazebo, a charcoal BBQ and a table tennis equipped with rakets.  
  
The main villa, elegantly furnished, is divided into two floors: on the ground floor there are the equipped kitchen and the dining room with a table for 10 people, a bathroom, a double living room with satellite TV and Netflix and 3 sofas. These rooms overlook the large panoramic terrace. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 3 people. Bedroom 1 has its private bathroom and a double bed, which can be divided, and overlooks a panoramic terrace; bedroom 2 has 3 single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed, both with panoramic views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.  
In addition, there is an independent apartment (room 4) which allows friends or families to share the same villa with greater privacy. The independent apartment has a double bedroom with private bathroom, a living room with sofa bed for two people and is equipped with a small sink, electric hob to prepare a small breakfast, a kettle and a fridge. Both environments have large windows with panoramic views.  
  
All bedrooms, living room and dining room are air conditioned and features mosquito nets.  
  
The villa is equipped with an unlimited high-speed Internet connection, a free Italian iphone with unlimited data and unlimited Italian calls, a free laptop with a Xerox laser printer, a key safe, napkins, shampoo, bath foam, a hairdryer for each bathroom, toilet paper, iron and ironing board, dishwasher and washing machine with soaps, electrical adapter, candles, off, etc.  
The villa is extremely suitable for families or 3/4 couples. The breathtaking view and the absolute silence make this villa unique.  
  
The villa has 3 entrances (from the entrance door adjacent to the parking area you enter the house, from the gate adjacent to the parking area you access the terraces). To reach the entrance door and the terraces there are some stairs.  
  
PARKING for 3 cars is FREE and belongs to property. The distance between the parking lot and the entrances is about 2 meters. The third entrance gate, located in the lower part of the villa, is used to go more comfortably on foot to the swimming pool and the seaside.  
  
All that is described is for the exclusive use of guests, only the swimming pool is shared with other people in the condominium. For year 2022 swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th.  
  
Wedding anniversaries, birthday parties, family reunions are all welcome and I will do my best for giving you support to organize what you like. I love spoiling all my guests, I love cooking on your request, I can provide some touristic services such as Boat tour, Boat rentals, concierge services, logistic services, minivan for daily excursions on the coast or to Naples City, Pizza, Limoncello and Mozzarella tour.

All that is described here is for the exclusive use of guests, even if the villa is part of a condo with other villas that share a common sea-water swimming pool built into the rocks facing the sea, with private access by the condo. From the swimming pool it is also possible to access and swim in the sea with a floating net protection that does not allow boats to approach the coast.  
  
Please note that the swimming pool is communal and is open from 03 June to 23 September.  
  
The cleaning fee is 300 € and includes 2 hours of cleaning a day during the stay.  
  
During period April 1st and October 30th guests are requested to pay tourist tax which is 2€ per day per person for a maximum period of 5 days. Elderly over 75 and teens less than 18 y.o. do not pay.  
A security deposit of 400€ is required at your arrival and will be returned at your check out unless there are damages.

#### Fantastic place: Away from the crowds

This is an amazing villa. We were 11 of us staying for 8 days. The view from the villa is breathtaking. It never gets old. Lorenzo is an amazing host. When we arrived, the villa was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with water coffee beer wine and snacks to welcome us. Lorenzo personally took us to the grocery store to buy any necessary groceries. When we had questions, he was prompt to answer. I cannot say enough good things about Lorenzo. The villa is in Massa Lubrense , about 20 mins from Sorrento. After a long day, if you need a respite from the crowds, this is the place to be. I would highly recommend going to this villa.
