This luxury villa is immersed in a two hectares lush garden rich of Mediterranean vegetation, fruit trees, olive and lemon groves, and it boasts breathtaking views of the sea, Capri, Ischia and the Gulf of Naples with the impressive Mount Vesuvius on the backdrop. Villa Felicia consists of 12 bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and it can sleep up to 24 people. Furthermore, on request, it is possible to add two double sofa beds and two single beds for a total of 30 sleeps. All the bedrooms have double or twin beds, en suite bathroom, except one whose bathroom is located nearby and without kitchenette. The suite has a window with view on the bay and its islands. The bedrooms have air­ conditioning, minibar, Internet (cable or Wi­Fi connection), kitchenette foldaway, 32" LCD TV with digital and satellite channels. The villa also features a solarium, a wide terrace and a large infinity swimming pool that measures 12 x 8.50 meters and is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs. Villa Felicia is the ideal place for those who are looking for a quiet location, having all the main tourist attractions at hand, it is perfect for large families or groups of friends, and also for organizing special events, weddings, etc. CIN: IT063044C2NG97ADBC Distances: Naples: 50 Km Positano: 18 Km Pompeii: 27 Km Herculaneum: 40 Km Rental rules A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Check-In time is from 16:00, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season, 1 week in the other periods (changeover day Saturday). Rates are inclusive of: daily cleaning (5 hours a day, 6 days per week), cot (up to 3), electricity (up to 300 kw per week, 2 sets of linens and bath towels). A refundable deposit of € 1.500 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
