The Space:  
The stress will melt away the second you step into The Gathering Place. The bright, airy kitchen features stone countertops that glisten under abundant natural light and a coffee bar with Keurig for slow, easy mornings. Gather around the counter seating for four or head to the dining table for six to share meals, laughter, and memories.  
  
The living room welcomes you with warm tones, two plush couches, two comfy armchairs, a smart TV, and a fireplace for cool Cape evenings. Just off the main living area, discover a sunroom with soft seating—an ideal place for a quiet afternoon nap or late-night card game. Upstairs, a landing nook with seating gives you another tucked-away escape to unwind.  
  
Outside, Cape Cod charm meets outdoor comfort. Dine al fresco at the deck’s table for six under the shade of an umbrella, fire up the grill for seafood feasts, or rinse off beach sand in the outdoor shower before gathering around the firepit for s’mores and stargazing. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms and two bonus sleeping areas in the basement, one with with 2 twin size beds and the other with a queen size bed.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.  
  
This home also includes a half bathroom and 2 additional full bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.  
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM.  
• This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
