With spacious living and bedrooms, it's perfect for large families or group trips but cozy enough for a couples getaway. The 1905 House has four bedrooms (2 - King, 2 - Queen) and two bathrooms, one the second floor (with a tub) and one on the main floor. On the main floor you’ll also find a spacious living room with a 55” TV, dining room that seats 8 and a cozy office. Off of the fully equipped kitchen you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. During the summer and fall months (and spring if you’re lucky) relax in one of our rockers on the front porch. With the original woodwork, large windows that fill the room with natural light and personal touches, we hope you’ll find this space to be a cozy home away from home. The 1905 House is located in the heart of Maryville, 3 blocks from downtown where you’ll find multiple bars, restaurants and activities such as axe throwing or shopping. We were back for my mom’s memorial service and wanted to stay in a place where we could have peace and quiet. This home fit perfectly for my family and our needs. The home had all the modern conveniences but kept its charm. The rooms were very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The only issue we had were the ants in the kitchen which were around the sink and microwave. This was only a small issue that resolved itself if you kept your dishes cleaned up right away. It was pretty hot outside while we were here and the home air conditioning worked really well. Each room had its own tower fan to move the air which worked great as well. My only compliant was all the rooms did not have enough light, it was very dark in the bedrooms.
