This place is 30 mins from the start of the tail in Tennessee. The house was more then I expected. Ease of entry was great, just had to enter code in the lock, which host gave us prior to our arrival. I don't think I've ever stayed in a vrbo as clean as this one. The beds were comfy and the kitchen more then enogh for 4 of us. We used the hot tub the 2nd night and it was very clean and didn't have that chlorine smell. The yard is big and pretty, and the deck on the front of the house was so nice to sit and have coffee on. The house is close to town where there is plenty of places to eat and places to shop. The location is close to downtown Maryville, the mall and most eateries. Alcoa, TN is very close as well. Driving distance to Knoxville, TN is about 30 minutes via the interstate. The home was inviting and roomy. We wanted to stay in more than going out. The hot tube was available but not used this time. We plan on returning to this location. Traveling many hours from NJ, we were welcomed by a beautiful and quiet property that was just as described. The front yard view of the sunset from a beautiful porch was exceptional. On the back porch is a hot tub that we enjoyed as well. Inside, the house is so spacious and has plenty of the amenities you need for daily conveniences. Adrina, the host, was so prompt in answering any questions, and she gave explicit check in and check out instructions...very friendly and thorough communication. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a lovely retreat in a prime location! ##### Geraldine M.
