Thirty minutes to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg TN. Nine miles to airport, five miles to Maryville City Limit. One level home located in private, restricted community w/great mountain views! Split bedroom plan, two rooms with bath on one side and master suite on other side, his n hers closets, toilet room, whirlpool tub, 4’ shower. Considered a 2 bedroom with a bonus room or office! Backyard has new Cedar fence, new flooring, newer roof, new HVAC, remodeled kitchen as of 2024, new granite countertop, sink, new bath vanity tops, faucets, lighting. Extended driveway parking in process. 1302sf finished living, 434sf finished garage and storage room.  
  
This is a non-smoking property. No illegal drug activity allowed. We are a respectful, quiet, safe neighborhood. 24/7 management.
