The house is spacious was well maintained and included toys and games for the young at heart. The house is an easy walk to the town centre. There are free tennis courts and river walks nearby. Another plus point is that the house is dog-friendly. There is also a coffee machine and capsules to ensure you are not caffeine deprived. Main drawback was the lack of wifi. Eight adults planned to stay but it is better suited for 4 adults and 4 children ( who can sleep in bunk beds). We managed as there were only six of us who stayed there as two of them could not make it. ##### Charles T. Needs a little more kitchen equipment if you want to cook anything then basics, needs electric hand mixer, some oven dishes. One down side was oven is bit dirty and had tray of fat in bottom with clean foil over the top which started smoking when oven turned on, fortunately we could open big deck doors. Things to note is double rooms have low beds if you have mobility considerations and there are 3 steps into house via front and garage. A well appointed comfortable house and one we would def return too. Bigger and more towels would be good too. ##### Christine M. House was clean and tidy. The property manager was very helpful when the garage remote didn't work. She replaced the battery and returned it to us.
