"Wonderful staff, very eager to help at all times.
Bar staff is excellent, really knew his stuff and made some very well mixed cocktails.
The restaurant staff were very accommodating and food was outstanding, a real highlight of our trip."
"Everything was great except the bathroom - it was really, really tiny with a sliding door that didn't quite close completely. There were also few places to hang wet towels, so they had to be replaced each day.
The staff was terrific.

"Very beautiful, upscale property with a whole bunch of charm. The sitting areas and the bar were a nice place to hang out before going to your room at night. Plus my last name is Durrant so now I have stationery. lol. Thank you, Durrant’s Hotel. "
"We had an amazing stay in London. Mostly due to this hotel. They were very accomidateing to my special needs(on crutches) on thy fly at check-in. The staff is super friendly and welcoming-not sure where all the few negative feedsbacks came from. We will stay again and we also will recommend to friends and family. "

"The staff were fantastic. We needed an early check in as we were off to the Kings Garden party and despite getting there at 11am, Pav who was working on the front desk managed to get us a room so we could get dressed amd ready to go as early as we could. They truly went above and beyond! "

"We had a brief stay here and it was a convenient location to walking around oxford street. The hotel is cute and quiet and the room has a lot of charm and interesting touches. We got the room with the sit-in area by the window, which was lovely even though we didn't get a chance to sit there. The black out shades are so effective that we had no idea it was 10:30am when we woke up and thought it was still before sunrise! Rainfall showers were so lovely too. "
