Mar 28, 2024 Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities 受付の方の接客は凄く親切で大変良かったです。 朝食の際スクランブルエッグの中にスプーンが落ちてしまい、厨房の方にスプーンが汚れたので変えて欲しいとお願いした所返事も無くスプーン取り、変えて貰うのに待っていたらまたまたスルーしてスプーンをスクランブルエッグの所に置いて居なくなりました！ 仕事を増やしてしまい申し訳ないが、返事くらいしたら？ と思ってしまいました！ 厨房の方だから愛想なくてもしょうがない！と思いつつ後にしたのですが、帰り際玄関の所に置いてあるアメニティの補充をしていた際には、ありがとうございました！と言っていたので愛想出来るじゃないか！と思いました。 あとは、満足です！ ##### ??
