The bathroom was a little small, tv too small for the size of room, and windows could use curtains with the blinds...too much light coming in at night and first thing in the morning. Location was excellent. Would definately stay again.

If your just looking for a room overnight it’s ok. They are across the street from the Casino and next to a great diner. The room was outdated and the pillows weren’t great. But again one night worked for us.

This property is under renovation. We heard drilling , sawing etc. from the time we checked in until 7pm. There was no breakfast as advertised. So,we went to breakfast elsewhere and returned and discovered our room was already cleaned and we were locked out before we actually checked out. We will never stay here again.

When I arrived the beds were not made up. The toilet didn't flush in 1st room. 2nd room dead bugs were in the tub and it was a smoking room, my request was for a non-smoking room. 3rd room I didn't go look at it because the front desk staff offered to go home to get a portable heater because the heat was not working. I called Travelocity and your staff was awful, they suggested I talk to the hotel team. I was there with them suggesting I get my refund from Travelocity. I did not stay at this location and yet my credit card is being charged for this awful experience.

Front desk employees were great and location was very close to casino. The room itself needs updated...owner should replace carpeting, bedspreads and towels. Several stinkbugs in the room....apparently cannot do anything about that?? No seating area for breakfast that consisted only of coffee, donuts, bananas. Overall disappointing.

Horrific, for whatever reason photos won't upload

I booked a two bed room for one night. After check in I went to the room and was stunned at what I saw. My daughter immediately stated " dad I can't sleep here!". There was a hole ceiling, burn holes in both blankets on the beds, holes in bathroom wall , the tub was dirty and had narcotics in the drain. I immediately went back to the front desk and told the worker what we saw and handed him the room keys back. I asked for a refund and he said it was up to a manager an had me fill out an incident form for the manager to call me the next day. The manager didn't call me. I called back the next day Sunday Sept 22 in the afternoon and lady answered the phone and said manager comes in Tuesday afternoon and she took my info again. I called today, tuesday around 1pm, and a female answered the phone stating the manager only there in the morning for a few hours on Tuesday morning and that's it. I paid 130 dollars for a room that easn worth 50. I want my money back!

Cheapest one in the area that had a room no one else had a room looked all was old sheets were clean but the comforter had some type of staining on them
