"Arrived at 5pm check in (latest known check in ever) and the code given did not work. Had asked for a 3pm check in and was declined. Mosquitoes carried us away as we waited for check in correction. Was given “emergency check in” code and used that during stay. Smelled something as we sat on couch and saw huge hairball and other yuck on floor next to couch. Messaged property manager who said they must have forgotten to vacuum there. Couches smelled like gym locker rooms. Pillows on beds smelled...

"We had a great stay. House was wonderful. The bottom floor does not have heat but heaters are provided. A bit getting use to but ended up being fine. Great communication and great spot. Will definitely rent again. "
