There is a fire station down the street and they turn on the sirens as they turn onto their street. So noise is to be expected from the fire station and the busy street in front. Apr 24, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Comfortable & convenient location. The townhome was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located within walking distance of historic downtown Martinez and close to many regional parks and the John Muir historic home. Neighborhood felt very safe and the covered carport was very nice to have in the rain. While the fire station is close, they never turned on the sirens during my stay. I was however, a little bothered by the street noise at night which could be loud on weekends, even with the sound machine. It wasn't too bad during the week.
