"My husband, two sons (ages 11 and 13), and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The location couldn’t have been better for the numerous day hikes that we took, and we appreciated that everything at the home was so clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essential items. "
"This place was a perfect little cabin above the rapids off the Mckenzie Highway. It is away from the main highway and very quiet. It is a unique cabin built in 1930 and you feel like you are stepping back in time when you walk in the front door. It was very clean and the older furniture and wood paneling made it cozy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets and linens. I loved the built in cabinets in the bedrooms and wish I could have met the original inhabitants of the building. You can tell there was a lot of love put into the cabin. We spent much of the days on the deck and the covered front porch, and when it got too hot there, we were able to retreat into the air conditioned interior. I felt like I was staying in a simpler time and got much needed rest. Thank you for sharing this special place"
"Lovely place. Right at waters edge and rockers on the large deck. Nice to have 2 Adirondack chairs in the sun when you want the warmth. Wish it wasn't more expensive than other cabins next door. "
"This place was great! This was the first “inn” we’ve stayed! I liked the personal feel about it. The owners were really nice and accommodating. We also liked that there was a restaurant to the right and left of the inn. And we had a pretty lake view! "
"Loved it! Beautiful, comfortable, lovely view and property, wonderful screened in porch, near lots of trails and activities. Great beds and furniture... very wonderful place.Thank you!"
