"We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was so friendly & helpful, going above & beyond. At one point I had to go to the hospital due to illness & the receptionist called me a taxi after explaining my options for transport & what to expect when I arrived at the hospital. The food in the restaurant was delicious (had all the vegan options). We were grateful the train station was conveniently located directly behind the hotel & it was a quick 20 min to Venice (island). I would absolutely stay here again."

"The accommodation felt fresh and clean. It was rather compact but sufficient enough for our short stay. Great-value public transport is generally a 16-minute walk from the site — which isn't ideal after a day of sightseeing on foot in Venice — but it didn't pose a problem."
